2. "My order is lost, damaged or never arrived"
- Please note, Revival Stationery has no control or leverage of the status of the package, and assumes no responsibilities, but please contact us for assistance.
- All orders come with a unique tracking number (#) attached to your shipping confirmation email which allows you to track your order on our post carrier's website or directly on our website with a most recent location picture right here.

6. I ordered planner inserts, but did not receive discs or have it pre-assembled! Why is that?
- Planner inserts, dashboards, covers and binding discs are sold separately & are to be easily assembled by the customer upon receiving your order.
- To properly build your own planner at home, we strongly suggest purchasing the aluminum discs & the plastic cover with your journal inserts order.
7. I ordered the clear covers but they seem very foggy, why is that?
- Our Crystal Clear Covers come with a plastic film on both sides of each cover (front + back covers per set). The plastic film on BOTH sides of EACH cover NEEDS to be removed to give you the luxurious glass like effect you are looking for!
